From the University of Cincinnati, I started working as an accountant with Dayton Power and Light. I returned to law school at West Virginia University and started as an attorney in 1987 with Jackson and Kelly in Charleston, West Virginia.
In 1992, I returned to my hometown, West Union, Ohio, where I have continuously maintained my solo law practice. I did also serve Adams County as Prosecuting Attorney from 1997 through 2000.
In 2002, I obtained my securities and insurance licenses and I started independent work as a financial representative for former broker-dealer Avantax in 2005.
I reside in West Union with my wife Anita, an operating room registered nurse. Our two boys have flown the coop, Andrew, with our grandson Brandon, lives nearby in West Union; and Justin, a PGA golf professional lives in Connecticut.
If I am not in the office, I may be golfing. And Anita and I love to travel at any opportunity.
